18th International Turkish World Social Sciences Congress Organized

The 18th International Turkish World Social Sciences Congress, organized by the Turkish World Research Foundation, was held online and hosted by Sakarya University. On behalf of Gazi University, one of the universities supporting the congress, our Rector Prof. Dr. Musa Yıldız participated as a speaker.

Sakarya University Rector Prof. Dr. Fatih Savaşan, who received the first word in the opening speeches, expressed his pride and pleasure at hosting such an important organization.

Our Rector Prof. Dr. Musa Yıldız expressed his happiness to take part in this important congress organized for the 18th time while wishing the congress hosted by Sakarya University to be an occasion for goodness and said that the problems of the Turkish world will be addressed in this congress.

In the congress, President of the Turkish World Research Foundation Közhan Yazgan, Yunus Emre Institute President Prof. Dr. Şeref Ateş, Manas University Rector Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan, Rector of North Macedonia Vision University Prof. Dr. Fadıl Hoca, Rector of Kazakhstan Korkut Ata Red Army University Prof. Dr. Beibitkul Karimova, Rector of Kazakhstan Heritage University Prof. Dr. Bolat Atymtayevich Mirzaliyev, Rector of Azerbaijan State Economic University Prof. Dr. Justice Muradov, Rector of Sakarya University of Applied Sciences Prof. Dr. Mehmet Sarıbıyık made speeches.

A record number of applications were made to the congress, which dealt with the issues of the Turkish world with nearly 300 papers, while participations took place from different geographies of the world such as Azerbaijan, Macedonia, Crimea, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan, and Indonesia.
