Uslan, who started his speech by talking about the importance of history, said that history is the same as that of mankind. Prof. Dr. Uslan, who stated that people should look to the history to give direction to the future, expressed that the successes of the society, the weaknesses, the fears, the deficiencies and the harmonies of the societies are understood over time.

Rector Prof. Dr. İbrahim Uslan said that societies that show the will to live together and are united on the grounds of justice, have been able to stay on the stage of history for as long as they preserve the justice and common values stand behind them and they live in the honor of being a nation.

"

Prof. Dr. İbrahim Uslan said that Çanakkale Victory was the result of sacrifice, perseverance and patience and Çanakkale Victory was the result of a nation's total effort to end the revelation. Uslan said: "Yesterday it was Çanakkale, today it is Afrin, tommorrow it is another place. Names change, but the struggle for the sake of the homeland will not change ".
