Gazi Architecture And Engineering Faculties Have Come Back With An Award From Tübitak Competition

The University Project Competition Award Ceremony held every year by TÜBİTAK, was performed on the date of 25 October 2016 at TÜBİTAK Feza Gürsey Conference Hall. As representative, assistant to Rector Prof. Dr. Metin Salamcı participated in the ceremony. The Faculty of Architecture Industry Products Design and the Faculty of Engineering Computer Engineering students have come back with an award.

In the university students software Projects Competition designed by TÜBİTAK, The Department of Scientist Support that is for directing and encouraging the University students to study in the fields that the country is in need, the two projects from the Faculty of Engineering, the department of Computer Engineering placed. While the consultant of the placed projects in the competition was Dr. Oktay Yıldız, our students Büşranur Özcan and Tuba Orhan were deemed worthy to championship award in the category of social life and entertainment also Fatma Cin and Rahime Aka have won the third prize in the same category.

In the competition where the university students joined every year with the projects they have produced in their own fields–The faculty of Architecture, Industrial Products Design Department, Entrepreneurship and Innovativeness Competition, in Science Center Exhibition Unit Design Applications category got first three degrees. In the competition, İrem Ezgi Çatal has received the championship award, Melike Aslan has received the second prize, Kadir Tayyip Taşlıca has received the third prize.
