Innovation Award from the Foundation of Entrepreneurial Businessmen

Entrepreneurial businessmen's foundation has traditionally held each year Entrepreneurship awards in order to award sucessful entrepreneurship initiatives in our country and people to the forefront, this year the fifth of entrepreneurship awards has done with the theme 'We are looking for finders. 'Award ceremony has done on 16 February 2017, in Istanbul with the participation of the Deputy Primary Minister Prof. Dr. Numan Kurtulmuş.

Dr. Faruk Mert and his undergraduate student Mehmet Can Katmer, undergraduate student in automative engineering department Furkan Kabsasoğan, undergraduate student in electrical and electronics engineering department İsmail Mallı's team won the 3rd prize with 'the new generation business safety goggles-SAGO project. Deputy Prime Minister, Prof. Dr. Numan Kurtulmuş gave the awards to the students, the hapiness and pride experienced by the students, was seen on their faces. Successful young people who continue their education with innovation and entrepreneurship focused not only on the educational power of our university for innovative and technological products but also on making a very meaningful contribution to the development of stra tegic products that will direct the future of our country.

 

 

Aimed at developing a mobile/ web application that can instantly control the use of eyeglasses remotely with a new generation of technology glasses with a new generation of business safety glasses-SAGO project. In this respect, it was aimed to reduce the risk of work accidents to a great extent by employees who had to wear safety goggles according to occupational health and safety laws.
