The Education And Collaboration Protocol Have Been Signed Between Turkish Music State Conservatory And Azerbaijan National Conservatory

The education and collaboration protocol have been signed between Gazi University Turkish Music State Conservatory and Azerbaijan National Conservatory, which is the oldest and a deep-rooted conservatory. During the speeches made after the signing ceremony, academic and artistic collaboration which will be made between the conservatories were emphasized where Gazi University Turkish State Conservatory Director Prof. Dr. Gülçin Yahya Kaçar and the Rector of Azerbaijan National Conservatory Prof. Dr. Siyavuş E. Kerimi came together. Moreover, Baku Coordinator Mustafa Haşim Polat shared his opinions about the importance of the collaboration between the two countries.

 

 

 

 

During the visit, within the scope of the project supported by also TİKA (Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency), the panel which was called ‘from the mode to a stringed instrument‘ was held. The Panel drew great interest where Turkish music modes, musical instruments and instrument manufacturing were mentioned. Moreover, after the signing ceremony, the lute recital of Prof. Gülçin Yahya Kaçar won great recognition at Azerbaijan National Conservatory Great Hall accepted as one of the most prestigious Halls.
