Our university has been included in the world university rankings which is carried out by different international organizations every year. According to the results of the QS 2022 Field Based World Ranking, which takes into account criteria such as academic reputation, employer reputation, citation and international research network, Gazi University participated in the rankings in 5 new fields this year and was ranked among world universities in 7 fields in total. The results are as follows:

Gazi University ranked 21st among world universities in the field of Educational Sciences. Our university was ranked 1st among 6 other universities that participated in the ranking from Turkey. Gazi University, which was ranked in the 151-200 band in the field of Education in 2021, showed rising performance in the 130-170 band in 2022.

Gazi University ranked in the 451-500 band among world universities in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Our university is one of the 9 universities from Turkey participating in the ranking.

Gazi University ranked in the 451-500 band among world universities in the field of Arts & Humanities. Our university is one of the 7 universities from Turkey participating in the ranking.

Gazi University ranked in the 451-500 band among world universities in the field of Medical Sciences. Our university is one of the 9 universities from Turkey participating in the ranking. Gazi University, which ranked in the 601-650 band in the QS 2021 Area Based Ranking results, has shown an increase of approximately 150 ranks according to the 2022 Ranking results.

While Gazi University was included only in the fields of Education and Medical Sciences in the QS 2021 Field Based World University Rankings, in 2022, and in addition to these fields, our university has been qualified for worldwide ranking in five new fields (Computer Sciences & Information Systems, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Biological Sciences, Physics & Astronomy, Arts & Sciences and Humanities).
